The is a large pine tree, about 60 feet tall, that has grown out and is covering the dead end sign and is blocking part of the side street. It is on private land, 45 Sixth St. But has grown onto city property. Can anything be done to cut the lower braches off so the sign can be seen and the road is not obstructed ?
The side street is narrow and the tree makes 2 way traffic very difficult. Thanks
