Several weeks ago tenants put garbage in blue recycling toter, so it's been sitting on curb strip overflowing.
They now are adding crap along side the toter.
The toter, etc. actually are in front of the empty corner lot next door--but belong to 445 Greenwich.
According to assessor's database, this is owned by MIGUEL HENRIGUEZ who needs to be contacted so he can clean up the mess and talk to his tenants.
