The east side of the warehouse adjacent to 309 20th Ave, N is way overgrown and does not receive any attention by the owner. Potato vine and other vegetation is out of control. Consequently, rats and snakes are prevelant in my backyard. If the owner would do a bit of maintenance it would be very beneficial, thank you.
