The traffic lids in question are the responsibility of AT&T, the city is in contact with them to repair their equipment.

You managed to get AT&T to fix that problem; when do you think you might get them to fix the cable vault at 246 Surfbird Isle? So far all they have done is an underground survey (including marking up the street and sidewalk), put an over size lid on it and leave an orange cone on the sidewalk for the past four to six months - oh, I almost forgot, you did close this issue. It has not been completed, as a matter of fact, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM!!!

Hello Mr. Weiss, The city is not allowed to work on infrastructure/equipment that it does not own but I assure you that when we get a complaint about anything from AT&T or PG&E we address it promptly. The at&t plates have neen banging loudly again by Carls jr. :( it was fixed for awhile, but its super loud again all day and night since carls jr is open 24 hours

Im wondering if they can put rubber or something between the plates to muffle the sound since it never seems to stay tightened for too long
