I’ve talked to the owner of this property more than 10 times about being concerned about the trees next to me, because he refuses to do any maintenance and puts all responsibility on the renters. The trees on his property have broken my fence multiple times and destroyed my property multiple times. One tree is directly on my house and he refuses to do anything about it. I’m really, really concerned and feel completely helpless bc they aren’t my trees. What if it the big tree falls on my house or hurts someone? It’s a matter of time, bc it’s diseased (moss growing on it) and has ivy all over it.
