Description

NHPD wooden barriers left on either side of the street from last week's storm. They need to be removed to make room for trick-or-treaters.

As of December 29th (yes TWO MONTHS later) the wooden barriers are still there. We've tried to prop them up so pedestrians don't trip on them. Would someone from the City of New Haven or the NHPD please come get them?????
