Description

Due to the vehicles parked to the east of my driveway (418 38th St, 94609), I have no visibility when exiting. I always stop at the sidewalk for pedestrians/dogs and to check for oncoming cars. On Sunday, there was a car parked immediately adjacent to my driveway, I couldn't see. I slowly advanced into the intersection and was slammed by a car speeding by. It would be ideal for a portion of the parking strip to be changed to a red curb. (Ref Police Incident Report 22-901995.
