  I am very glad this has been acknowledged. The traffic has been ridiculous on the ramp for exit 18/19, (Burgin Highway). There is clearly something wrong with the lights because I have never seen it like this since I've been traveling this route for over a year now. I thought there may have been an accident that caused the traffic, but it's been happening 3 days in a row now.

  Traffic & Parking is aware of the issue and working to resolve with signal contractor. A police detail will be on scene if necessary to alleviate the issue.

  A police detail is necessary. Cars don't stop when the light changes, and they are stuck in the middle of the intersection, causing grid lock.

  Last weekend the Centre St/Crown Colony lights were blinking. It was actually nice when they did that during off-peak hours.

  Kristen Powers: thank you for your attention to this matter! There were police officers at the location this morning, but I do want to note that I do not believe the issue has been fully resolved. Even with much lighter Friday morning traffic, the exit ramp was still backed up further than it normally should be today.

  I am grateful for your assistance and hope things can be restored to the way they were before (as they were on Monday of this week).

  The report I received last week indicated that there were technical/modem issues with the signals communicating and that Bell Traffic, the signal contractor, was working to resolve. Awaiting an update from Traffic & Parking this morning.

  Not sure if this is common. Just got on the Hi, and the que to exit from Rt 3NI was beyond the new CVS property in Braintree.

  The lights are mis-aligned again. When the light at centre st and burgin parkway is green, the light at crown colony dr and centre st is red and no one can get into crown colony and the traffic backs up

  Agreed. Who is responsible for this? Quincy? Mass DOT? It is time to escalate it directly if not Quincy, so please let us know if it is anyone but Quincy that is responsible for this not being fixed in a timely manner and I will be happy to follow up directly. Thousands of people are late to work because of this issue. I'm not kidding. And it is no fun waiting on the off ramp for 15 minutes because of it. PLEASE ADVISE STATUS!. Thank you. And before you jump in, Jimmy Hui, let me state that I am soliciting an answer from Kristen Powers or someone else in Quincy government. Thanks.

  This is beyond frustrating. Its taken me 45 minutes to get from the light at the beginning of crown to Star Market the last 2 nights. I cannot remember when it was this bad. Half the issue is the lights aren't syncing up correctly with the traffic and another issue is people coming out of.crown and instead of using the ramp to get onto 3 south, they follow down to the light and turn right. Whatever the issue, I'm surprised there hasn't been an awful pileup yet. This has got to get fixed!!
