Thank you for contacting the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division for the City of Richmond. Based on the information you provided we have assigned a Code Enforcement Inspector to go to the location and inspect the property for any and all code violations.

Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, when the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector visited the property, it was determined that there are no active code violations

Your are absolutly kidding us! Get this house boarded up or torn down!

This house was condemned by the previous inspector, notice was torn down and now you tell us that this dwelling is normal?????

The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector has indicated in the case file, that the reported issue(s) has/have been corrected to meet code regulations. The Open and Vacant issue that was reported has since been abated and the building is now boarded and secure, therefore the issue will be closed in See Click Fix.
