Looks like same trash pile I have reported several times. Come off Mare Island Causeway, turn right. Look to right side behind bushes, before you reach Harbor Way. Used to be size for U-haul, now would take a dumpster. It's growing all the time. Real health hazard. Encampment on north side of Mare Island Causeway also, with trash pile growing.

I don't understand why they can't get this cleaned up. It's out of hand. The amount trash is ridiculous. I don't even think the encampment is there anymore and even if it is. There is no reason to leave the place with a huge amount of trash. It's beyond what one person would use and toss. It's dumping or hoarding. Either way get a handle on it already.

Wondering what is happening with these encampments tucked in the landscaping on the sidewalk between Tennessee and Harbor Way. It no longer feels safe to walk through there--especially when dogs are around.
