Description

Property is listed as having 15 years of delinquent unpaid property taxes, its a site of squatters and constant trash. The city must record a nuisance abatement lien on this property with the county of Alameda. If the city employees continue to ignore the issue, we the residents of the block are prepared to sue the city and employees in charge for misconduct and violations of city building code and county ordinances.
