SCF Challenge 2023!
Here's an idea for the City as we prepare for the new year A SCF contest amongst the various departments ! The contest could be structured in a couple of ways the first being which City department has the fewest requests for service (obviously prorated based on a average of the past five years) This approach would reward City employees who observe, report and resolve issues of public concern without having the public need to bring matters to their attention This is the more positive and hopeful of my two approaches The second option would be a friendly competition amongst the City departments to close the most SCF requests (again prorated based on relative percentage of service requests) I see no downside but lots of upside to showcase the skills, talents and stewardship of the entire municipal and educational employees , ,!
