  Balsam is just near us and with all the rain happening it’s a matter of time before there will be larger more destructive slides. Please fix and stabilize before something worse occurs.

  Garbage trucks will be unable to pass, or risk getting stuck in the mud if the mudslide is not addressed. More rain is forecasted this week and the situation will only worsen. Please clear and stabilize the mudslide.

  This is a serious and urgent problem. There are multiple mud slides into the travelway of varying size and severity. The upslope hill will continue to erode into the street until its stabilized.
