On March 31st it was indicated it was the final extension. Are they getting yet another extension it's been six months.

I don't mean to have a nasty tone I don't know what RID Stands for...?

this is a situation where the owner did the correct action, which was : when they were notified about the sidewalk they are to contact parks and forestry with the issue. However that department is very backed up with work and added that address to the list of addresses that needs attention. This is a issue that affects the entire street as there are multiple addresses on that street between WSA and JFK, therefore I'm sure the reason it is taking so long is they are probably planning on redoing the whole street. Again, that's just my assumption.

I am simultaneously the Head of Fundraising at Sustainable Jersey City and certainly understand the importance of Forestry and also want to do all we can to protect and keep our trees and the roots causing this issue would if incorrectly handled could hurt the trees...Please know that I have to balance my personal reality of falling and concern about others falling and complaints from residents on wheelchairs and moms with strollers about the matter with the care and concern of the tree canopy here in our area....
