The roundabout island continuously drains into the road on the south side. This freezes every time the temperature is below freezing, causing the south roadway through the circle to be a sheet of ice. The drainage issue needs to be fixed, and until then the road needs to be treated every time the temperature is below freezing, regardless of precipitation in the forecast.
