Description

The iconic stone "Welcome to Raleigh" sign on New Bern Avenue needs to be rebuilt after a car smashed into it a few years ago. It has since become a sign of neglect in Southeast Raleigh, appearing on the front cover of the latest Independent Weekly.

I know ths isn't something that gets solved overnight but I think it's important to come up with a plan to fix it.
