Good Luck, in getting the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Dept. to fix the problem. I reported back in May 2022 about water in street in front of my house as the sewer basin needed to be cleaned out with a Vac Truck. They can out in May 2022 with a Vac Truck that did not work well and said they would be back in a few days with a Vac Truck that worked and never came back and then the service request was closed in January 2023 that the problem had been resolved. Not true, still flooding from recent having rain and heavy snow that melted. Just wait a few days and the water finally went down. But there will be more rain and the same thing will happen again. Anyone who has this problem needs to contact Karen Drew and channel 4 news, as they were doing a news story on the water dept. not doing their job.
