In response to code enforcement case 230015; I am forwarding this complaint to the City of Oakland call center, to refer this matter to the responsible parties. The original complaint was, "creekside trees leaning and in danger of falling onto adjacent properties. A service pole and several trees have fallen and are being supported by adjacent trees." I confirmed that there is a wooden communication service pole that has fallen and is being supported by adjacent trees and that these conditions are all present on the creekside between MacArthur and Montana. The downed pole is behind 3442 Adell, on the opposite side of the creek. Please refer to proper responsible parties for removal of pole and trees that may need to be trimmed or removed completely.
