Description

this person parked on the side walk blocking the handicap driveway. this is not the first time they park like this and they don't care. please send them a ticket to help us make them understand that is illegal to park like this. they are also making old people and handicap people go around the van and get on the road to get access to the sidewalk. yhis is a safety issue. thank you
