THIS IS NOT AN ABANDONED VEHICLE COMPLAINT

THIS IS A COMPLAINT FOR AN ILLEGAL PARKED COMMERCIAL VEHICLE:

The homeowner at 7804 Overhill Rd operates this vehicle for his employment. As a commercial vehicle it is prohibited from being parked in a residential community roadway or on /at the resident's property. There are posted County Road signs at ALL Entrances of the community, Sun Valley, stating the restrictions.

The operator of this vehicle has been reported previously.

This individual continues to test the regulations by moving his vehicle from parking curb side to deep in his driveway, so it can’t be seen easily. Most of the time the individual parks the truck away from his house, across the street, in front of an unoccupied home at times.

Numerous times, the AA County Police have been notified via the Non- Emergency Police line to address this Commercial Truck when parked in the street. Due to the continuing infraction, it appears the AA County Police presence is not a deterrent or possibly no tickets are being issued.

The continuing infraction at this residence needs to be elevated to higher Management Authority for review and further actions.
