Beschreibung

This photo views the backyard of 524 Elm Avenue facing southeast. To the left of the green electric box is a sapling Elm tree planted in 2022 to replace a huge Maple tree that had an unsafe split trunk. To the left of the green electric box in the center of the photo, there is a mound of mulch. In 2020, the Town of Wake Forest, Forestry Department, promised to plant a tree in that mound of mulch, but it never happened. Her is the whole story concerning that mound: (2013) a Maple tree on that mound was hit by lightning; (2018) after half surviving with limited foliage, I reported the dying Maple tree; (2019) the Forestry Department removed the old tree, planted a weak white flower tree that dried up in 9 months from the heat, after another case opened by me, the Forestry Department removed the dry sapling,(2020) the Forestry Department closed the case, left the much mound, stating in the case that they would plant something in the next planting season. After 2 or 3 years, they never returned to plant something on that mound. Can you plant a Flowering Magnolia there like the one that you planted on the outside perimeter of the round-a-bout?
