One of the newly installed EV chargers doesn't work in the parking lot of the City Hall. I tried to use the charger three times, each a week apart. The outlet on the west side doesn't charge. Someone put a piece of duct tape and wrote "Fix Me Now"; another one "It wouldn't charge". Thank you for attending to this problem.
