This location is in the Dwight Neighborhood between Dwight and Orchard, in the block University Place. The problem is ongoing. Every time somebody walks down the street across from the back yard fence of 475 it sets off another round of barking. The 2 dogs are in the same yard. Inside their pen made of wooden fencing there is another large box - maybe the dogs were gotten to guard whatever is in the large box inside their pen?
