Unauthorized Parking places created on Shelley Road, being used for new Vet Office parking. Major safety issue, road not wide enough to safely facilitate car parking. Spots occupied early am, prior to Vet office parking lot being filled. Numerous issues with vehicles getting by including School busses cause traffic impacts onto Six Forks. Very Unsafe.

Have to agree with DBDowntowner. If there are no signs, then it is legal to park along Shelley Rd. You would think common sense would make people avoid it there, especially since it might impact them (literally) most of all.
If it really is a problem, notify the City of your concerns, but also recognize the effect on residents along that stretch as well.
