Sharraxaadda

Storm drain is 5 ft long with a sloped opening of 6 inches. Street has a 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 year old that live on the street. Son slipped in grass and fell near the opening. All my safety efforts may not be enough to prevent a tragic accident and I believe this storm drain needs immediate attention.
