I have complained about this property so many times last year but yet nothing is ever done to correct the problem again a prime example of the city turning a blind eye

These are actually the trash bins for 246 Lark St. I used to live at 244 Lark and we'd been having ongoing issues with their trash situation for years yet they still keep them out front.
