Descrizione

We have been fighting with pooling water for a long time. Any water that comes from the east, can not pass through out towards Main Street. Therefore, we have to manually sweep any water up and over this hump made from the parkway tree roots, otherwise mosquitos form. We don't want to pour bleach in the street gutter, but we get very tired of sweeping every few days. Please help. Thanks.
