Description

Although there is a homeless encampment nearby, this is just the accumulation of debris and garbage that other people are coming by and dumping. Just last week a big city clean up truck came and hauled things away and now its built up again. The more it is allowed to accumulate the more the area is getting a reputation as a dump spot. There are apartments and businesses on that corner. Please clear it again.
