The gates at the parking lot to the Fort Hale Pier are not being locked at sundown. This leads to arrival of cars with loud music and multiple yelling voices after midnight. The parties last from 1am to sometimes 5am. The police have been responsive to calls about this. Why can't the gates be locked like the ones to East Shore tennis court parking lot? Please, we are tired because of interrupted sleep.
