Please tow 5AL XK9 maroon mini cooper. It is parked on the odd side of Nicoll street in front of my house (101) and it is preventing me from fully accessing my driveway. I have tried to call NHPD but no one seems to be answering phones.

Have you tried the Winter Storm hotline number that's included on the City's recent messages? I called them yesterday and a real person picked up after the first ring!

Thank you for the post, however we sent parking enforcement personnel to investigate and did not find this vehicle to be in violation. As the parking ban was lifted at noon the odd side is acceptable parking.
