Sadly the city won't do anything. They don't care about us tax paying citizens. They look at these requests to get things fixed as annoying. City rep told me Vallejo has a bot that just acknowledges the request and it's automatically closed a few weeks later. They do this in hopes that we forget about the request.

The homeless on enterprise are very aggressive. They destroyed all the street lights so it's dark here at night , they construct makeshift homes out of wood they stole from neighboring properties. It's unsafe here at night for us. The other night there was 6-10 gunshots.

The homeless are nasty , the area stinks , multiple animals running up and down the street , they double parked on both sides of the street so it's undrivable. This is absolutely ridiculous.
