Call the police about the sale of tobacco to underage individuals. Be the squeaky wheel - respectful each time you call - but continue to call. They will eventually do a sting and nail the store owner.

Litter and such is a quality of life issue that can only be dolced by people who want to solve it. But it sounds like you have drug users in your building and you will likely be safer and better off just moving to a different apartment building.

this place still has not changed as far as garbage everywhere and traffic in and out cops were called on a daily basis and nothing was ever done by them or the owner instead he just sold the building to the a new person who has not spoke of making any positive changes.. as for the store it is nothing like the old one was .. this property should be torn down the yard has trash all over and several issues as far as property not maintained or kept up i have lived here one year and i am on my way out moving somewhere safe for my kids with a REAL landlord and well kept property

However, the police are there every day across the street, a few times a day. I believe they are doing all that is in their capabilities.
