1901 3rd Avenue; Camper w/EXPIRED (2022) Lic# 2VXE906. These folks had moved along as recently as early June after many months camped here, working on vehicles, accumulating trash and blocking the sidewalk. They returned sometime before July 1st and have resumed taking over metered spaces along this street & impacting the sidewalk.
