We went through this last year with the same company a couple blocks away. Unfortunately nothing is ever done. L&I did nothing, the company reps gave alot of double talk about how they are so sorry and sometimes their subs do things they dong know about and the sloppy and disrespectful behavior continues. The street holes are a general problem as apparently the city needs to come fix the pavement not the GC but the sidewalk problems are all on them. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
