I posted this same photo a few days ago of the fire hydrant. Today there was a woman using this same set up at the same fire hydrant filling up a water jug. When I parked my car she had taken off the connection and walked across the street to the disastrous dirty encampment which has many unregistered vehicles, garbage everywhere and has been reported MANY times without any action. Attached are pictures of the woman after her fire hydrant usage.
This is on the corner of Bennett and Fifth.

I'm so tired of the thievery in this town by the homeless. The trash they leave all over. We don't get anything free in this town, taxpayers pay for everything, including the water we drink. We only get the headaches of the trash, abandoned vehicles, motor homes parked and human waste on our streets.

If the city wants to provide free, they should. The city should be providing a nice parking lot with water, bathrooms and other necessary services.
The only way to stop this crime is to uplift the population who is committing the crime.
