A large amount of graffiti was just painted onto 161 Eagle Street over the weekend. This building is a nuisance and is attracting trouble.

Dear DGS your response to this issue is not going to do anything to rectify it. The owner doesn't care about the building. Look how effective your notice about snow removal was...we has to walk until it melted. Something more needs to be done because our neighborhood looks terrible and the owner doesn't care.

As per city code property owner has 20 days to remove the graffiti. If it is not removed after the 20 days the city will take further action.
