Description
There is a fallen tree in the greenway between 546 Elm Avenue and Deacons Ridge Street. It is located on the south side of Elm Street. The tree is at a 45 degree angle, partially fallen. I am concerned that it could fall on a pedestrian on the sidewalk if it completely falls on to Elm Street.
