Opis

This is an ongoing Health Hazard and a disgusting eye sore for other people who live on this street. How the owner and or tenants of this building are not being held accountable for this garbage being dumped on the side walk week after week is completely unacceptable. Leaving bags of garbage on the side walk is attracting more vermin and rodents to the area. Why is the city ignoring this problem. I thought that there was laws about proper disposal of garbage and recycling, why in this case are they not being enforced?
