The city needs to enforce blight and parking violations. I understand the city has a lot of issues but trash cans should not be used to hold any parking spaces on city streets. As a taxpayer and property owners we should not have to worry about getting into arguments with people because they think that by putting their trash cans out to hold parking spaces give them full access and right to that parking space.
