Thank you for using this application to report an issue to the City of Albany. DGS staff will be sent to inspect and document the graffiti. The property owner will then be sent a notice indicating they have 20 days to remove the graffiti. If the property owner does not comply after 20 days, DGS staff will remove the graffiti.

It's a shame that the people who are victimized by vandalism are also held responsible for fixing the damage. It's time to catch those doing all of this graffiti. This tag is the same one that's been littering our area for weeks and the responsible party just hit a number of homes and businesses on Madison avenue. Report these incidents to the police as they are a crime and hopefully people will check their security cameras and can provide some information leading to an arrest for this destruction to property. This is costly to property owners.
