Description
City tree has not been maintained and has overgrown, causing damage to the house foundation and possibly the adjacent sewer main. The city storm catch basin looks to be compromised and the area has flooded on heavy rains. The overgrown roots has broken the curb and deteriorated the street, causing asphalt, base and sub-base pot holing. Previous crews have only stacked and patched with asphalt, a sign of greater deterioration below and potential safety hazard.
