I agree -- drivers don't know how to stop for pedestrians as required by law. If not stop signs, I'd like to see bulb-outs, which would make you more visible while waiting to cross and would narrow the street, reducing how long you're vulnerable in traffic. Also, would like "Stop for Pedestrians" signs added in the *middle* of the street, where they can't be missed and where they'll slow cars down. The city did this on Wells just south of Division where there's a school, and drivers seem to actually stop now.

There are now Stop for Pedestrians signs in this intersection! I've noticed a big improvement.
