Description

I believe that Hoyt field closes at dusk starting in November. In previous years, the lights started being turned off earlier after October. It seems that (so far), they are staying on until 11 PM and there are still baseball games being played until at least that late. Could the parks department please confirm and enforce the park hours and the lighting changes?
