The GVRD is now saying that River Park cannot be cleaned up because the maintenance workers are afraid of the miscreant community.

Then have them bring the VPD or Sheriff's Deputies for protection. They need to be removed and area cleaned up.

Wow! COV and GVRD are afraid to enter River Park! So they let this fester beyond repair? Is someone from Code Enforcement monitoring this thread? Suggestions on how/when this situation can become a priority?
