Cars park lining both sides of the street on Lyme St to smoke marihuana at all hours. Children and the public can't even use the park for the same reasons. All lights in the park area are out of order.
The area is pitch black after sundown. The walk ways, the skate park and the streets around the park are dangerously dark.

We will refer this ticket to the proper department concerning this issue in regards to the park lights being out of order.
