Description

This bicycle lane has been blocked by construction equipment for many months. It is a brand new lane which was immediately blocked. State law requires a police officer directing traffic whenever a lane of traffic is closed due to construction but there has been no officer at all which is illegal and unsafe. This equipment needs to be immediately removed and the cycle lane open at all times, as required by law.
