Homeowner stores basketball hoop on the sidewalk, impairing pedestrian access.
Persons with stroller, walkers, wheelchairs, etc. are required to walk in the street. With that being said it’s very dangerous to have this type of obstacle in the way of a public sidewalk . County is asked to notify homeowner of violation and to remove the hoop when not inuse .
