This bldg. has been under a total gut rehab since the summer of 2023. It is being done piece meal and not in a good way. The back of the bldg. is wide open and the front of the bldg. has two large plate glass windows that are broken. The bldg. needs to be looked at by an inspector and also needs to be boarded up and secured on daily basis. Dangerous conditions exists at this site.
