Once again, you are not answering the question. You don't have the right to just close it without explaining the action taken, when it was taken, and if the owner was fined. That is the purpose of this whole system. If you're not going to do the right thing, then just eliminate the system.
The previous resident's reply was excellent. Landlords need to be held accountable. The Times Union had an excellent article on litter in the city two Sundays ago. When will the City Council start holding the Mayor and staff accountable!?
