Description
Unless there is snow on the ground, streets in this area have to be cleaned at least weekly. Sidewalks on Lark and Madison also need cleaning regularly. Otherwise, there is broken glass, used needles, tourniquets, and surgical gloves, alcohol can and bottles used face masks and other litter along the curbs and on the sidewalk. Residents can't keep up with public trash. This is why we pay taxes and we have our own full-time jobs. If street sweepers can't be used in certain temperatures, please initiate another method of weekly cleaning. It's a health and safety issue. Thank you.

The street cleaner can be used in cold temperatures,it just can’t dispense water to keep dust down.
The problem is there are operators who don’t care and don’t take pride in their work. The ones I have seen go too fast. Debris just gets blown to the sides.
